Highway (Route 29) across from the Fairfax County Government center. We are
located in the NEW Lee Plaza shopping center. Just down the street from the
New Fairfax Wegmans

Our practice is open Monday through Saturday Our office hours for
patient care are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 to 6:00, Wednesday 8:00 to
5:00, Friday 8:00 to 2:00 and Saturday 9:00 to
2:00. Our office telephone is answered 24 hours a day and will provide
instructions for emergency care.

As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. In
the event you need to change an appointment time, please provide the office
with at least 48 hours notice. This will allow us to care for another
patient in need.“No shows”
and “Late Cancellations” waste the Dr.’s and staff’s time and adversely
affect the care provided to our patients. All “no
shows” and late cancellations will be billed $50.00.
